Who is holding you back? Is it some random people, coworkers, friends or family, or is it yourself?

I was recently given a cap for my birthday. It was just a simple hat with a patch on it that says, “The Hell I Won’t.” I laughed at first, but I’m sure most people would read it and think its negative, redneck, or tasteless, but I see it differently. I see it as an outward expression of me taking charge of my life. 

What a crazy week we are going into. New president taking office, extreme weather, and a week to make your own changes! 

I did a little road trip over the weekend. It was a little over a 5 hour drive each way.

I was having a conversation the other day, and it made me look back on the choices I made as a young adult that formed me into who I am today. 

Well, the new year is almost here. I have spent a lot of time reflecting on the past year.

It is hard to do things that make you uncomfortable, especially when you are already hurting from something big in your life.

One thing that is consistent between everything in life is that actions are greater than words.

I have been struggling to look at the bright side of things lately.

I find myself struggling during the past week to be motivated.

Fear has been on my mind for the last few days, but not for the reasons you would think.

Over the last few months I realized something about myself.

It's my first hunt of the season, and I am reminded of the peace and beauty we can have in our lives.
